As of the NPACI Grid announcement on August
6, three major projects are in the process of running experiments
with the NPACI Grid and/or NPACKage. These are:

For Advanced Tomography Applications
Monte
Carlo Cellular Microphysiology on the Grid
Protein
Folding In A Distributed Computing Environment
Future Work
Several projects have plans are planning to
integrate with the NPACI Grid this year. They include:

Visualization Toolkits For Brains To Bays

Imaging
